  3. Artworks and Bespoke Commissions

  • We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and details of our original artworks as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will perfectly reflect the actual piece.

  • Bespoke commissions or custom-made artworks requested by clients or interior designers are subject to separate consultation agreements. Once a bespoke project is approved, paid for, and delivered, it is exempt from our standard return policy and cannot be refunded.

  1. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Shipping fees for international destinations will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the package dimensions.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing an order through our secure integrated payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your financial details.

  1. Delivery and Transit Insurance

  • We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Original artworks are packed using museum-grade protective materials to ensure their safety.

  • Complimentary UK shipping includes comprehensive transit insurance. For international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by their country’s authorities.

  1. Limitation of Liability Tooraji Gallery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, shipping delays by third-party couriers, or the handling of artworks once they have been safely delivered to your chosen address.
