Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Tooraji Gallery, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase of Paris Tooraji’s unique art and merchandise. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our dedicated team at studio@toorajigallery.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number, which must be included with your returned item.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is due to a change of mind or an unsuitability (i.e., not faulty or damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for original artworks or high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at studio@toorajigallery.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for these specific cases and will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Original Artworks Specifics
For original artworks, we kindly ask that you take extra care when re-packaging the piece for return. Ensure all original packaging materials are used, and the artwork is adequately protected. We strongly advise using a reputable art courier and purchasing comprehensive insurance for the return shipment of original artworks.
International Returns
For international returns, please clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid additional customs charges. We cannot be held responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned items. We advise using a reliable, trackable service.
